This solution use case is provided by Nukon on the MindSphere platform. Nukon’s TilliT orchestration tool runs natively on MindSphere, orchestrating the interaction between data, people, and external systems through the BPMN workflow. The easy-to-use solution consolidates the device data captured in MindSphere and automates common processes and triggering tasks for each asset.

Using a modeler, these tasks can be configured to suit each asset tree, comparing set points to the data available in MindSphere. Each asset can be assigned prescribed tasks, triggered by multiple sources such as machine events, analytics results, or control logic. Operators are guided through activities, with all steps being recorded and time stamped.
