MindSphere and LIGHTz can provide customers with the digital technology/skill transfers through the digital-twin and AI-BrainModel developed by LIGHTz. The partnership supports to build the digital factory and equipment.

Customers can find the optimized parameters of manufacturing through the defect predictive analysis monitoring the data of sensors in machines and molds etc. with our MindSphereApp “x-Brains”. The AI prediction of defects and causes are displayed with the language networks called “BrainModel®” and the short texts generated through BrainModel®. The AI algorithm used in this app is not an existing black box one. Our AI converts sensor numerical data to language interpretation information.
